If you have never seen Simon Sinek’s Ted Talk, “How Great Leaders Inspire Action,” I strongly recommend you give yourself 18 minutes to watch it sometime in the next day or so. You may find that it transforms the way you think about business – and life. (It did for me.)
Sinek’s simple premise boils down to this: People don’t buy what you do – they buy why you do it.
“What’s your purpose?” he asks. “What’s your belief? Why does your organization exist? Why do you get out of bed in the morning? And why should anyone care?”
When you show people what you believe and are passionate about, you’re more likely to attract people who share that belief — and they are much more likely to become your best customers and clients.
What’s YOUR purpose?
What is the core belief that drives your organization? Why should people care about what you do?
Watch the video to learn how getting clear answers to these questions will make it easier for you to attract clients, customers, and fans who love what you do — and are always happy to buy what you offer.
