How long should your emails, blog posts, and sales pages be?
Last week I wrote a blog post about how important the size of your font, line lengths, and paragraphs are when you’re writing for an online audience.

This week I’d like to extend that topic further and talk about how long your emails, blog posts, and sales pages should be in order to get the best possible results.

Hey hey, hey, check out the new digs!
As you can see, I’ve decided to step out from behind my business name, Made You Look Online, and move my website and personal “brand identity” over here to erinwhalen.com.
And my fabulous designer, Tzaddi Gordon, and I totally revamped the look of the site in the process!

That’s a question I sometimes hear from business owners who are wary of using email marketing as a way to keep in touch with their customers.
They worry that a “canned message” from an automated email marketing program will seem artificial or impersonal and will risk offending their audience.
