Great writing uses sentence structure to convey atmosphere and emotion.

But knowing how to vary your sentences to create that palpable sense of feeling – and transform your writing from mediocre to unforgettable – isn’t always easy.

That’s why I love the Gary Provost quote below. It demonstrates the power of creative sentence structure better than any “do this, don’t do that” series of instructions ever could.
